In 2009 i was undertaking a renovation and extension to my home and one of the most important aspects of the project was the opening up of the back wall into the garden by introducing bifold doors.  I undertook a lot of research, spoke and visited a number of manufacturers and finally settled on your company.  The reason i chose it was that after visiting your manufacturing plant, i was convinced on the quality of the product, the competitiveness of the price and the overall level of service you were going to provide. 
 
On placing the order, my hand was held throughout the survey and installation, by competent and knowledgeable staff, where nothing was too much trouble.
 
I have now had the doors installed for 1 year in my new extension.  As with all new builds there is going to be movement as the building settles and due to this there was cause to call you back on a couple of occasions to make adjustments to the door.  Each time i called, i was dealt with in a courteous and helpful manner and the problems were resolved.

Buying from this company has been a positive experience and would not hesitate in recommending them.

The service from UK Bi-fold from the first enquiry to after sales has
been excellent.  I was initially concerned about purchasing such a
big-ticket item via the web.   However, the team were able to answer
every query to get a fixed quote.  They went out of their way to offer
the best configuration to suit my needs, and this even resulted in a
price lower than the original quote.  This is a company that seems
driven by the best solution for the customer, rather than the biggest
sale.

We selected to have the product installed by UK Bi-fold on the basis
that they had the expertise at a price that was impossible for our
builders to match.  We also had comfort of mind that we had a single
point of contact.

Having ordered the product, a surveyor came on site to take detailed
measurements before manufacture.   The delivery date was confirmed
shortly afterwards, and the delivery team called the day before to
check this was still acceptable to re-confirm access, etc.

The product and installation team arrived as scheduled and within a
few hours the doors were installed and fitting perfectly.

Post sales I asked for some additional clips that I had missed from my
order.  My enquiry was dealt with the same level of care as the
pre-sales.  The clips were dispatched promptly and with no cost.

Throughout the process I have been impressed with the friendly,
efficient and knowledgeable staff, knowledge; this coupled with a
great product makes a first rate solution that I would have no
hesitation in recommending again.
