Service & Warranty
How do I request a Service or Repair?
To report an issue with your UKBifold doors or to book a service, ALL of the following must be sent by email:
- Copy of the original UKBifold signed order including job number
- Copy of the UKBifold warranty in name of original buyer (NOTE – not the GGFi Insurance Backed Warranty)
- A detailed description of the exact nature of the fault
- Photos of the issue
If any of the above are missing please be advised that resolution of your issue will be delayed
